My role
I work mainly on the spatial model and the building model.
Description
During the lifetime of a building, a huge quantity of information will be captured by multiple actors: owners, managers, users, architects, electricians, plumbers, etc. Because most of this information is not shared amongst these persons, the same operations may be done multiple times (for instance verifications, measurements, analysis or even interventions). Also, a common repository for storing all the information related to the building would greatly help the building management. SpatioData is a research project aiming at developing a collaborative platform to support the effective sharing of such diverse data.
The project started in February 2011 and ended in June 2014.
Objects are structured in a tree linking the entities (in blue or dark gray) and the documents (in green or light gray).
